- Membership fee covers $10 admin and tasting cost, and a $40 credit against your purchase, and can accumulate month to month. Membership fee is non-refundable.
- Invitation to a monthly wine tasting of 2 whites and 2 reds that are not currently on the menu. Additional tasting: $25.
- Members can purchase any wines they like. 10% discount for orders up to 6 bottles at the tasting. 15% discount for 6+ orders. No discount if not purchased on the day of tasting.
- Membership cancellation: Crazy Cork gift card will be provided for any unspent membership fees.

Yes, we will occasionally send you information about events or specials that we may have to offer. No, we will not give or sell this information to any third parties. Most importantly, we will keep track of what you order and how much you spend.
What you order: Have you ever been to a dining establishment and could not remember that fantastic wine you had the last time you were in? By keeping track of your orders we can easily tell you what it was so you can enjoy it again. And if a friend wanted to purchase a bottle for you as a gift, well, we can help with that too!
How much you spend: You will earn 1 point for every $2 spent and unlock $5 off every 50 points. Earn a $5 birthday treat during your birthday month.
