100% Cabernet. Mimi captures the bright fruit and intricate spice and polished finish for which the Horse Heaven Hills is renowned. Pairs well with braised or grilled beef, lamb chops, duck breast, and veal.

Violet color, with shades of blue, intense aromas that highlight the varietal typicality, among them we find, aromas of plums, cherries, and a floral profile highlighting violets. In the mouth, balanced tannins, soft, very round with good structure, fresh and persistent.

Dark violet color, with aromas of rich plums and dark fruit. Full bodied with subtle hints of cedar and slight tannins follow through to a round finish. 6 months in oak.

Enticing and impressive. Aromas of fresh huckleberry, pomegranate and nuances of toasty oak. Medium-full bodied with classic Bordeaux proportions, wonderful concentration with juicy flavors of raspberry, ripe plum and baking spices with a long, lingering finish.

Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, it has fragrant notes of black and red cherries and blackberry preserves with cinnamon toast and fallen leaves. Medium-bodied, it is lively and fresh with a grainy texture and savory finish. This is a good value wine.

This Petit Verdot is a clean dark red hue with aromas of earth, lilacs, red fruit, blackberry, and hints of vanilla and french oak. Initial flavors are blackberry, purple flowers, mouth watering acidity, rich extract in the mid-pallet and a soft but lingering finish.

Ruby red color. Aroma of pencil shavings and sweet tobacco with mulberry, cherries, and dark chocolate on the nose. Palate: A balanced fusion of dark-red berry and chocolate flavors with a soft mouth-feel and juicy, lingering finish.

Intense nose of spice, chocolate and botanicals lead to full-bodied flavors of juicy pomegranate and ripe cherry layered with dried herbs. True to the Klinker Brick style, this wine is bursting with acidity and concentrated notes of dark berries and tobacco.

The Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva wine is a Sangiovese of beautiful texture, aromatically intense, complex and with a good structure.

In the glass it has an intense ruby red color, with light garnet nuances.

On the nose it expresses aromas of ripe red fruit and soft spices. On the palate it has a rich body, with deep and multifaceted aromas and a dense and evolved tannic texture. The finish is very persistent, with a great taste balance and a good fresh finish.
